As a small black owned company whose mission is to shift where and how we purchase hair we have created “Production On Demand” to ensure our success and to give our customers the best prices. This model also ensures that you receive freshly produced, high-quality hair—and not a product that’s been sitting on a shelf. It also allows us to offer you a bigger variety of hair types and lengths.
 

We’re committed to transparency and believe you deserve hair that meets professional standards from production to packaging. 

We do not have hair sitting in a warehouse ready to ship out to you. By producing hair only after your order is received, we avoid excess inventory costs and pass those savings on to you. We are opening up the opportunity for you to purchase hair on our website and we provide the Cutoff Date for these orders. When the Cutoff Date comes all orders received by that date will go into production. 

Orders can be placed up until the Order Cutoff Date. We are using a 5 Day Order Cutoff window (this may change in the future depending on demand). Having an Order Cutoff Date allows us to accept as many orders as we can within the order window.  If you miss the Order Cutoff Date don’t worry, you can place your order in the next order window.     

The Order Cutoff dates are shown at the top of the website and on our social media @hairrichproject. These dates are updated regularly.   

Your order sill ship once Production is complete. Production begins the following day of the Order Cutoff Date.  Please allow up to 14 days from the order Cutoff Date for your item to be made and shipped from our overseas factories.  

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.
