Are hair strings in stock and ready to ship?
There are limited textures, lengths and colors that are in stock and ready to ship.
What is PRODUCTION ON DEMAND?
As a small black owned company whose mission is to shift where and how we purchase hair we have created “Production On Demand" to ensure our success and to give our customers the best prices for the Hair Strings they are seeking. Our non black competitors prices for “feather hair extensions” are higher than ours.
Our buying model also ensures that you receive freshly produced, high-quality hair—and not a product that’s been sitting on a shelf. We do have limited Hair Strings sitting in a warehouse ready to ship out to you. However, we work with a trusted manufacturer that can create various textures, lengths and colors.
By producing hair only after your order is received, we avoid excess inventory costs and pass those savings on to you. We are opening up the opportunity for you to purchase hair on our website and we provide the Cutoff Date for these orders. When the Cutoff Date comes all orders received by that date will go into production.
How can I save money and get the exact hair that I want?
Take advantage of using Production On Demand to save money and to obtain the exact texture, length, color and quantity that you are seeking.
What is order cutoff date and why does your company have one?
Orders can be placed up until the Order Cutoff Date. We are using a 5 Day Order Cutoff window (this may change in the future depending on demand). Having an Order Cutoff Date allows us to accept as many orders as we can within the order window. If you miss the Order Cutoff Date don’t worry, you can place your order in the next order window.
The Order Cutoff dates are shown at the top of the website and on our social media @hairrichproject. These dates are updated regularly.
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship once Production is complete. Production begins the following day of the Order Cutoff Date. Please allow up to 14 days from the order Cutoff Date for your item to be made and shipped from the overseas factories, also please factor in the days that it will take for us to ship your Hair Strings to you.
Will I get tracking information?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.
Can I purchase Hair Strings wholesale?
Yes, we do offer wholesale pricing. Please visit and join the Hair Buyers Collective to take part in our wholesale program.
