How We Fulfill Orders

Shipping Policy

Hair Rich Project uses two fulfillment models PRODUCTION ON DEMAND & READY TO SHIP. Your cart may contain items from both profiles, but will ship separately with different delivery times.

PRODUCTION ON DEMAND - These items are made specifically for your order. Hair Strings Feather Crochet Hair can be ordered using PRODUCTION ON DEMAND. Production begins at the time of the order window cutoff date. Shipping timeframes include your order being shipped from the overseas factory to our offices in the United States as well as the time it takes to be sorted in our offices and shipped to you. Carrier-calculated USPS rates apply (Ground Advantage or Priority Mail) at checkout based on your location and package weight.

READY TO SHIP - These items are in stock and packaged for immediate dispatch. Orders are processed and handed off to the carrier quickly. Carrier-calculated USPS rates apply (Ground Advantage or Priority Mail) at checkout.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

The following rates apply to products under READY TO SHIP:

Standard Shipping     FREE              Orders $150 and over
Under $150 - USPS carrier-calculated rates (Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, Express) are displayed at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

The following rates apply to products under PRODUCTION ON DEMAND:

USPS carrier-calculated rates (Ground Advantage and Priority Mail) are displayed at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

International Shipping

We are not shipping International at this time.  

Tracking

All shipments include tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is fulfilled. Use the carrier's website (USPS.com)
