Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to your satisfaction. Please review our return policy carefully, as many of our items are Produced On Demand to ensure you receive highest quality products and at the best prices. Please see the return policy on each item listing.
Eligibility for Returns
Our Error: If you receive the wrong item, a defective product, or your order is incomplete due to our mistake, we will gladly accept a return at no additional cost to you.
Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want your purchase for reasons unrelated to product quality or our error, return of some items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee covers the production and preparation costs associated with on-demand items. Please see the return policy on each item listing.
Conditions for Return
Products must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery of product
Returns will not be accepted on items that have been worn, installed, or not in their original condition.
Process for Returns
- Fill Out the Return Request Form. Please have your order number and reason for return. If the item is OUR ERROR. We will ask for you to provide pictures Contact our Customer Service Team at [insert email] with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return authorization if eligible.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the product is received and inspected.
Restocking fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not available at this time. You may return and re order the item that you want.
Fraud and Abuse
Steps we take to prevent fraud and abuse of orders includes but is not limited to:
We photograph the contents of each order we send out along with the package label. This documentation helps to prevent fraudulent charge backs and fraudulent credit card purchases.
We require proof of receipt signature for items that exceed a certain dollar amount.
We use Tracking with Delivery Confirmation for All Orders to deter non receipt claims.
