Production-on-Demand Products

Many Hair Rich Project products are produced specifically for your order through our Production-on-Demand purchasing process. This approach allows us to offer a wider selection of products, maintain premium quality, and provide competitive pricing without carrying large inventories.

Because these products are made especially for you after your order is placed, Production-on-Demand purchases are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any of the following reasons:

• Change of mind

• Ordering the incorrect item

• Ordering the wrong length, texture, or color

• No longer wanting the product after production has begun or been completed

We encourage you to carefully review all product descriptions, specifications, and photos before placing your order. If you have questions before purchasing, our team is happy to assist you.

To help ensure you are ordering the right product, we recommend ordering a Hair Strings Quality Sample Ring from our Shop before placing a larger order.

Our sample ring allows you to:

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If we make a mistake or your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Our Error

If you receive:

• The wrong product

• A damaged or defective item

• An incomplete order due to our error

we will replace, refund, or otherwise resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

All Other Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, opened, installed, altered, or used hair products cannot be returned.

To be eligible for return, products must be:

• Unused

• Unaltered

• In their original packaging

• In their original condition

Returns will not be accepted for products that have been worn, installed, altered, or are no longer in their original condition.

Return Process

If you believe your order qualifies under our Satisfaction Guarantee:

1. Complete the Return Request Form.

2. Include your order number and a description of the issue.

3. Provide photographs documenting the issue.

4. Our Customer Support team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return has been approved (when applicable).

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Restocking fees (when applicable) will be deducted from the approved refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return is the result of our error.

Order Verification

To protect both our customers and Hair Rich Project, we may use one or more of the following order verification measures:

• Photographing package contents before shipment

• Tracking with delivery confirmation

• Signature confirmation on qualifying orders

• Additional verification when necessary
